Board of Trustees
Judith L. Gentner, Chair
Judy Gentner was appointed to the Board of Trustees in March of 2016 by Governor Andrew Cuomo. She served for three terms as Vice Chair, from 2018-2021, before being named Chair in 2021. She was elected to serve a second term as Chair in July 2022. Previously she has chaired the Personnel Committee and the Facilities Committee and has served as the Trustee representative on the Jefferson Faculty Student Association Auxiliary Board of Directors.

David J. Males, Vice Chair
David Males was appointed to the Board of Trustees in November of 2016 by Governor
Andrew Cuomo. He was elected Vice Chair in 2021. He was elected to serve a second
term as Vice Chair in July 2022. He currently chairs the Academic & Educational Services
Committee and serves on the Facilities Committee. He previously served for two years
on the Personnel Committee and as the Trustee Representative on the Jefferson Faculty Student Association Auxiliary Board of Directors.
Gianna M. Donahue, Student Trustee
Gianna Donahue was elected by the Jefferson Community College student body to serve as Student Trustee for the 2022-2023 year. She serves on the Academic & Educational Services Committee.
Pamela S. Beyor-Murtha
Pam Beyor-Murtha was appointed to the Board of Trustees in March of 2016 by Governor
Andrew Cuomo. She currently chairs the Facilities Committee and serves on the Budget
& Planning Committee and as the Trustee representative on the Faculty Student Association
Board of Directors. Previously, she chaired the Academic & Educational Services Committee
and served on the Personnel Committee.
Michael W. Crowley
Michael Crowley was first appointed to the Board of Trustees by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators in 2008 and is currently in his third term as Trustee. He served as Chair of the Board from 2012-2014 and Vice Chair from 2010-2012. Currently, he chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Budget & Planning Committee and Personnel Committee. He has previously chaired the Budget & Planning Committee, served on the Facilities Committee and chaired the Personnel Committee.
Michael Crowley was first appointed to the Board of Trustees by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators in 2008 and is currently in his third term as Trustee. He served as Chair of the Board from 2012-2014 and Vice Chair from 2010-2012. Currently, he chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Budget & Planning Committee and Personnel Committee. He has previously chaired the Budget & Planning Committee, served on the Facilities Committee and chaired the Personnel Committee.

Damon Draught was appointed to the Board of Trustees in December 2020 by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators. He currently chairs the Budget & Planning Committee and is a member of the Personnel Committee and the Audit Committee.

Elizabeth C. Fipps
Beth Fipps was appointed to the Board of Trustees in April of 2016 by Governor Andrew Cuomo. She is a member of the Personnel Committee serves as the Trustee representative on the JCC Foundation Board of Directors. She previously served on the Facilities Committee.

Nathan P. Hunter
Nathan Hunter is a graduate of Jefferson Community College and was appointed to the
Board in January of 2015 by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators. He served as
Vice Chair from 2016-2018 and as Chair for three terms from 2018-2021. He currently
chairs the Personnel Committee and serves on the Budget & Planning Committee and Audit
Committee. He previously chaired the Budget & Planning Committee and served on the
JCC Foundation Board of Directors.

Cindy Intschert is a graduate of Jefferson Community College and was appointed to the Board of Trustees by the Jefferson County Board of Legislators in December 2020. She currently serves on both the Academic and Educational Services Committee and the Facilities Committee. In addition, Cindy is the Trustee Representative on the Jefferson Faculty Student Association Auxiliary (JFSAA) Board of Directors She previously served for two years on the Personnel Committee.
