  • Ashlyn L. Eyles Named Athlete of the Week

    Sophomore guard, Ashlyn L. Eyles, of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) women's basketball team was named JCC athlete of the week for the week ending November 11, 2019. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Victory Promotions and Under Armour.

  • Jefferson Community College (JCC) held its annual White Coat Ceremony (WCC) at the beginning of fall semester to welcome new students to the nursing program. During the White Coat Ceremony, students were robed with their first white coats, the traditional dress of nursing professionals.

  • In honor of National Veterans and Military Families month, Jefferson Community College (JCC) Veterans Services and athletics will host Military Appreciation Night on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 during the JCC men and women's basketball games versus Mohawk Valley Community College. Military Appreciation Night is one component of Veterans Appreciation Week November 11-15, 2019.

  • Alyssa B. Evans and Adama Samake Named Co-Athletes of the Week

    Sophomore middle blocker, Alyssa B. Evans of the Jefferson Community College (JCC) volleyball team, and freshman runner, Adama Samake, of the JCC men's cross country team, were named JCC co-athletes of the week for the week ending November 3, 2019. JCC's athlete of the week program is sponsored by Under Armour and Victory Promotions.

  • The Social Sciences Department at Jefferson Community College (JCC) will host a screening of the documentary Exiled featuring two deported U.S. military veterans on Thursday, November 14, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Jules Center, Room 6-002. A conversation with Hector Barajas-Varela, one of the deported veterans, will immediately follow the screening at JCC.

  • Beginning Spring 2020, Jefferson Community College (JCC) will award college credit to early childhood applicants for their work experience in the childhood field. Prospective students who have their child development associate (CDA) credential and/or hands-on early childhood work experience may earn up to six college credits applicable towards JCC's Early Childhood Certificate program.

  • This winter catch a class, not a cold at Jefferson Community College (JCC)! Registration is open for winter session courses that begin December 16, 2019 online and January 2, 2020 on campus. All winter classes wrap up by January 17, 2020.
